What is VDA?
The AdBlue® licenses are issued by the Verband der Automoblinindustrie e. V. (VDA), a German organization that oversees the global automotive industry.
AdBlue® manufacturing and distribution rights are not given out casually. You will receive a license from VDA to use the registered AdBlue® name only after passing a comprehensive ISO 22241 quality management system audit conducted by a VDA auditor.
